110% Post-Purchase Price Protection: Should you discover a lower price within 2 weeks of your purchase date, whether on our site or another online retailer’s, we’ve got you covered. Simply email us the link to the product along with your order confirmation or order number. We’ll review the information and process a refund for the difference plus an extra 10% on top to make sure you're completely satisfied.

Please note the following additional information for our 110% Price Match Promise:

  • Product Availability: The item must be in stock on the competitor’s website.
  • Authorized Retailers Only: The competitor must be an authorized retailer of the product (don't worry, we can check on this for you).
  • Shipping Costs: When price matching, we will account for the shipping from the competitor's website.  Put plainly, if the competitor's price + shipping is less than our price + shipping, we will match it (plus 10%).
  • Verification: The product must be identical (from the same brand and model) and not just a similar item.
  • Exclusions: Rebates, buy-one-get-one-free offers, and sales from discount or auction sites (e.g., eBay, Overstock) are not eligible.
