Hey there! We want you to be happy and we’ll do everything we can to ensure that you are. We stand behind our products and recognize that sometimes you don’t receive what you expected or our products may not perform how you want them. If for any reason you're not 100% happy with your purchase, we've got a 30-day money back guarantee in place, meaning you have 30 days from the day you receive your item to send it back to us, as long as the item is in as-new condition and with original packaging.
And in the event that there's an issue with your order when it arrives - like it's defective, damaged, or not what you ordered - please let us know right away via any of our contact methods or bring the item by our store in Los Angeles if it's easier for you. We're committed to making things right and we will pay for the return shipping label to return the item and make sure that you're satisfied.
To return an item:
1. Just reach out to us at sales@90degreelighting.com and we will give you a Return Merchandise Authorization number as well as all the details on how and where to send your package. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
2. We will need you to package your as-new items in their original product packaging, and then securely in the original shipping boxes (or a smaller version if a partial return).
3. From there, you'll need to ship the packaged item or drop it off at our address at 7801 Canoga Ave Unit 8, Canoga Park, CA 91304. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue the refund ASAP; please do keep in mind that it might take a little time for your bank or credit card company to process and post it to your account.
Once we approve your return, we will provide confirmation and any remaining instructions needed to complete the return. Items sent back without an RMA number won't be accepted because we don't have a way of knowing who it's from.

Exchanges:
If you're local to our store, we'd be happy for you to come by with the item if it's in as-new condition and within 30 days of receipt and we can process an exchange for you, and if you aren't, the best option is to return the item you have and make a new purchase for the item you want.
